Vegan Gluten-Free Pie Crust

- 1 1/2 c. buckwheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 c. all-vegetable shortening shopping list
- 3 tbsp. (or so) water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse mealy crumbs.
- Add water and gently mix to form a dough. Add more water if necessary.
- Roll out and put in pie pan.
- If prebaking:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prick bottom and sides and bake 10-15 minutes.
