How to make it

  • Simmer chicken broth in a deep saucepan and add crab meat. Slowly stir in egg yolks. Continue constant stirring as you add milk and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Be careful to maintain the lowest heat. Stir in mushrooms and gradually stir heavy cream into mixture. Remove from stove within 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish each serving with parsley flakes.
