I am a sucker for a good cheese soup, and this turned out pretty good. I paired this with lunasea's; Schiacciata - Classic Tuscan Flatbread which in its self is fantastic. Ingredients
- • 1/2 cup carrot finely chopped shopping list
- • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped shopping list
- • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped shopping list
- • 16 ounce) package Velveeta cheese cut into small cubes shopping list
- • 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- • 3 Cups chicken bouillon shopping list
- • 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- • 18 OZ cup beer shopping list
- • 1 Cup cheddar cheese shopping list
- • 1 lb smoked sausage diced shopping list
- • 3 Med potatoes diced shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Cook sausage, carrots, onions, and celery in butter until tender,
- 2. Add chicken broth.
- 3 Stir in Milk and beer.
- 4 Add cheese a little at a time.
- 5 When adding the cheese, be sure to keep stirring the soup so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot,
