- 2 cans Petite diced tomatoes, drained shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 2 T balsamic vinegar shopping list
- basil shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- basil pesto shopping list
- french baguette shopping list
- Shredded Mozzerella shopping list
How to make it
- Combine tomatoes, garlic, oil, vinegar, basil and pepper. Let sit for 10 min.
- Slice baguette, spread with pesto. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 for 5 min.
- Top with tomato mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake at 400 for 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
