How to make it

  • Combine tomatoes, garlic, oil, vinegar, basil and pepper. Let sit for 10 min.
  • Slice baguette, spread with pesto. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 for 5 min.
  • Top with tomato mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake at 400 for 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
