Toffee Coffee Angel Food

- 3/4-1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled(or more depending on how much of a coffee taste you want) shopping list
- 1 angel food cake 8-12 oz, cut up into cubes shopping list
- 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (you could try caramel for a twist) shopping list
- 2-4 tbsp sugar (I used about 2 1/2 tbsp) shopping list
- 2 cups of whipped topping shopping list
- 3 crushed up Heath or Skor bars shopping list
- *to make lower fat, use low fat cream cheese, no sugar syrup and low fat whipped topping and cut back on candy bars! shopping list
How to make it
- Cut up angel food cake and place in ungreased 9x13.
- Sprinkle with coffee and toss to incorporate.
- Blend softened cream cheese, chocolate syrup and desired amount of sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread mixture onto angel food cake.
- Sprinkle with crushed candy bars.
- Cover with suran wrap and chill for atleast an hour.
- Enjoy, and I know you will!!
