Ham With Harriet's Glaze

- 1 5 lb. ham ( I prefer butt) shopping list
- whole cloves shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3-1/2 cup yellow mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Score ham on the diagonal going both ways, making diamonds
- Add cloves to ham at the points of the diamond scores
- In small saucepan over low heat, add brown sugar and 1/3 cup mustard
- As many times as I've made this, I've never measured so start with 1/3 cup mustard. The glaze should taste like both brown sugar and mustard, not more of one than the other.
- Once sugar has melted, pour over ham
- Bake 1 1/2 hours
