Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Score ham on the diagonal going both ways, making diamonds
  • Add cloves to ham at the points of the diamond scores
  • In small saucepan over low heat, add brown sugar and 1/3 cup mustard
  • As many times as I've made this, I've never measured so start with 1/3 cup mustard. The glaze should taste like both brown sugar and mustard, not more of one than the other.
  • Once sugar has melted, pour over ham
  • Bake 1 1/2 hours
