Mango Cloud (my version of the Filipino dessert Mango Float)

- original flavor graham crackers shopping list
- original flavor graham crackers, crushed (just enough amount for garnish) shopping list
- 3 big cans of Nestle table cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 big cans of condensed milk (or sweetness you prefer) shopping list
- diced flesh of about 2 ripe mangoes (mangoes should be at the stage of ripeness that when skin is pressed with a finger will not feel firm but soft) shopping list
How to make it
- PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl mix chilled table cream & condensed milk. See Photo
- Line square pan with uncrushed graham crackers See Photo. You may cut crackers with knife to fit the pan.
- Spread thin layer of table cream-condensed milk mixture on 1st layer of graham crackers.
- Arrange another layer of graham crackers on top of table cream-condensed milk mixture.
- Then spread a layer of table cream-condensed milk mixture on top of graham crackers layer.
- Arrange diced mango pieces into cream-milk mixture.
- Repeat layering 1 more time ending with diced mangoes See Photo. See Photo
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if desired.
- Chill until set… about 3-4 hours or overnight.
