How to make it

  • 1. Sprinkle shrimp with ginger, salt and pepper, toss well. Set aside for 5min
  • 2. Combine water, soy sauce, starch, honey, coconut milk and chilli paste in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  • 3. Heat 1tsp sesame oil in skillet and stir fry shrimp for 2min. Remove from pan. Heat remaining oil and stir fry onion and garlic for 1min. Add carrot and potato and stir fry for 6min. Return shrimp mixture into pan. Add the liquid mixture and bring to boil. Cook for 1min or until it thickness.
  • Serve immediately.
  • *Vegetable mixture is optional. You can avoid, replace or add*

    I love this. I made it with fresh prawns, and used vudi instead of potato. I had a hot chile pepper that I chopped up and used half of in with the onion and garlic. Awesome! Michelle B
