How to make it

  • Pat pork tenderloin dry and trim any extra fat.
  • Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  • Crush up onion soup mix and coat pork tenderloin with soup mix.
  • Place in greased 7x11 pan.
  • Bake at 375, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 F.
