How to make it
- melt butter with dash of pepper, sage, and marscarpone.
- add heavy cream and reduce to a thick sauce, about 10 minutes
- while the sauce is reducing, cook the tortellini
- drain the tortellini
- toss the pasta into the sauce over low heat until coated
- add the cheese, salt and pepper to taste
