How to make it

  • melt butter with dash of pepper, sage, and marscarpone.
  • add heavy cream and reduce to a thick sauce, about 10 minutes
  • while the sauce is reducing, cook the tortellini
  • drain the tortellini
  • toss the pasta into the sauce over low heat until coated
  • add the cheese, salt and pepper to taste
  • enjoy!
