Pumpkin Tortellini Recipe
Using store bought tortellini you can make a quick but elegant meal that tastes wonderful. Thanks for foodnework for the sauce recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg HEB pumpkin tortellini
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped sage leaves
  • pepper
  • 3 tbsp marscarpone
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream1/4 cup Pecorino Romano cheese

Directions
  1. melt butter with dash of pepper, sage, and marscarpone.
  2. add heavy cream and reduce to a thick sauce, about 10 minutes
  3. while the sauce is reducing, cook the tortellini
  4. drain the tortellini
  5. toss the pasta into the sauce over low heat until coated
  6. add the cheese, salt and pepper to taste
  7. enjoy!
