How to make it

  • For Tartar Sauce

  • Combine all ingredients well.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • For Groupies

  • Drizzle small amount of olive oil over both sides of fillets.
  • Drizzle with lime juice.
  • Sprinkle liberally with the Cajun seasoning.
  • Grill or broil over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, making sure you have seasoning on both sides. Cook just until flaking apart. Do not over cook.
  • Add rolls to the grill, cut sides down, after you flip the fish,to get a light toasting on them, too.
  • Serve on the buns with tartar sauce, tomato, onion and lettuce!
