How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge on a flat surface.
  • Using an adjustable wire cheese slicer, slice into six triangle-shaped slices.
  • Roll out prepared pizza dough and cut into 6 even wedges.
  • Top each pizza dough wedge with onions, peppers, mushrooms , capicola and pepperoni leaving edges exposed.
  • Top each prepared piece with a slice of Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Enjoy!
