Coconut Dream Frosting

My daughter asked for Chocolate cake with coconut sprinkle frosting for her birthday cake. This was the most amazing "frosting" that was incredibly lite and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 small boxes Jello brand coconut cream Pudding shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of cold whole milk shopping list
- 1 tub (8 ounce) Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 bag (about 5 cups) of sweetened shredded coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the pudding mix and whole milk in a bowl with an electric mixer for two minutes. Fold in the cool whip. Generously use as filling for layers and spoon for the top of the cake and sides. Top cake and sides with shredded coconut and refrigerate before serving.
