Bright But Chilly Morning

Fresh fruit is blended together for this simple morning boost. Adding just a bit of ice cream makes it smoother, creamier, and adds a bit of coolness and calcium. Sub with frozen yogurt, if desired.
Ingredients
- 4 cups COLD not from concentrate orange juice(even better if you use one like Simply Orange with pineapple) shopping list
- 2 small bananas, halved shopping list
- about 10 fresh strawberries(medium sized) shopping list
- 1 lime or half a lemon shopping list
- 1 good scoop(1/3 cup or so) vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup sparkling water, club soda, etc shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients, other than ice cream and club soda to blender.
- Blend until well combined, frothy and fairly smooth.
- Add ice cream and soda and pulse again to blend.
- Serve immediately.
