How to make it

  • I cleaned and dried the mushroom... ( i know most people says you are just to use them but I prefer to wash them and get the grit off...lol)
  • Clean the Shrimp from all shell discard shells..
  • Place Shrimp into a bowl
  • In a your med zip lock bag add:
  • 2 cups of fish fry
  • 1 cup of flour (self risen)
  • 1 tablespoon of the Slap yo mama seasoning ( you may use your favorite)
  • zip bag an shake up... to mix all ingredients..
  • Take the Portobello Mushroom and rub the mustard all over it on both sides
  • Place it into your zip lock and coat it with dry ingredients try not to break it up .. you want it to be a whole mushroom.
  • next :
  • Take your skillet place on stove top and add oil at a med heat.
  • place your mushroom into the heated oil..
  • Now: turn your oven on 350 degrees.. baking time is 20 minutes.
  • after doing so .. Check your mushroom if it is brown on one side
  • turn over to lightly brown the other.
  • this of browning in the oil takes about 12 minutes 6 minutes per side.
  • once it is done.. take out and place on your baking pan.
  • set aside until your oven is ready for it to bake.. then place in oven for
  • 20 minutes.. to finish cooking.
  • now : IN THE SAME SKILLET you are going to:
  • Take the Shrimp and put into your zip lock of dry ingredients of flour and fish fry mix then shake an place in remaining oil lightly fry no longer than 3 minutes per side of shrimp then place into oven on the same baking pan that you have your mushrooms on..
  • Wash the skillet and dry and get ready to use it again.
  • place on stove
  • add butter 1 tablespoon let melt
  • add 1 tablespoon of Sun Dri Pesto
  • let saute'
  • add your milk
  • add your parmesan cheese
  • then if too thin add a little of Wonder shake and blend gravy thickener or a little flour. to thicken..
  • now that all is done .. oven went off
  • set two plates
  • in each plate place one mushroom
  • top with sauce
  • then top with shrimp
  • That's it!!
  • now you can serve with Bread or salad..
