How to make it

  • Dissolve corn flour in water and keep aside.
  • Chop carrot diagonally and par boil them.
  • Mix stock, salt, peppers, sugar and soya sauce
  • and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
  • Add vegetables, mushroom and shredded chicken. Boil for another 5 minutes.
  • Add boiled noodles, remove from fire and serve hot.

    Ichi ban. If you make this with udon or Soba noodles you'll think you're on the Genza. Nice combo. RJ
