Chicken Talumein Soup

- chicken stock 2 cups shopping list
- chicken(boiled& shredded) ¼ cup shopping list
- carrot ½ no. shopping list
- cabbage leaves(cut shopping list
- coarsely) 1 no. shopping list
- mushroom(sliced thin) 2 nos. shopping list
- Instant noodles with seasoning 2 packets shopping list
- soy sauce 1½ tsp. shopping list
- corn flour 1 tbsp. shopping list
- water ¼ cup shopping list
- white pepper A pinch shopping list
- sugar ¼ tsp. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve corn flour in water and keep aside.
- Chop carrot diagonally and par boil them.
- Mix stock, salt, peppers, sugar and soya sauce
- and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
- Add vegetables, mushroom and shredded chicken. Boil for another 5 minutes.
- Add boiled noodles, remove from fire and serve hot.
