Just finished this dinner and made a couple minor changes. Cooked the mushrooms till brown and slightly carmelized, removed them and did the same for the onions. Then the steak and when browned returned vegetables to pan along with the beef broth mixture and leftover marinating liquid. Covered and cooked till bubbly and added some Worchestershire sauce. I also tempered a little sour cream and catsup mixture with pan gravy and added together. Served over Jasmine rice but I think I might like eggnoodles next time. Everyone enjoyed and looking forward to re-runs.
