Pig Pickin' Sauce

This recipe is from the Charlotte Observer (25 years ago). Typical spicy Eastern Carolina vinegar based sauce. Keeps well in refrigerator. I especially like it sprinkled on the cooked pork.
Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chili powder shopping list
- 2 Tbsp paprika shopping list
- 3 Tbsp black pepper shopping list
- 3 Tbsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 - 1 (14 oz.) bottle of ketsup shopping list
- 3/4 teasp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients and begin brushing it over the meat after turning on the girll. Any leftover can be used at the table to spoon over the cooked meat. Makes about 1 quart.
