How to make it

  • Fry the onions, garlic, chilies and bell pepper for 5 minutes. Add the fish and the ginger and stir fry for 3 minutes more. Add the coconut cream and the turmeric and 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and salt and simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green cilantro or skip it if you don't feel like it. Serve hot with rice or whatever you want.
