How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large bowl, combine sugar, tapioca mace, cinnamon. Stir in Lemon juice and pears. Let sit for 15 minutes and in the meanwhile, cut butter into the flour and brown sugar until crumbly. Spoon pear mixture into pie crust and sprinkle crumb mixture over the top. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. serves 6-8

    The pie was runny, i did not use tapioca. it tasted great however
