How to make it

  • Direction:
  • 1. Sautee the ground beef and separate from the liquid.
  • 2. Mix the milk, spices and ground beef. You can add beef bouillon to the mix.
  • 3. Sautee the garlic and onion with butter until transparent.
  • 4. Add the flour to the garlic and onion, stir.
  • 5. Add the milk and cook until all mixed well. Turn off the heat.
  • 6. Add cheese and stil until cheese melts. Leave it to cool.
  • 7. Shape into small balls.
  • 8. Dip into whisked eggs and roll it into the bread crumbs, and repeat.
  • 9. Fry until golden brown
  • Serve with chilli padi or hot peppers for spicy food lover.

    yes, you could but i would use less lamb and add veggies such as carrot.
