Brownies Our Way

My ex-sister in law developed this recipe with her special needs class. It has been a favorite in our family for many years. It is fast and easy and yummy. This will make you OH SO VERY HAPPY!!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- Whisk both together. Do not over beat these or they will become cake like and not fudgy. shopping list
- Add: shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- Blend in and add to above: shopping list
- 1 stick sweet butter shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- Both melted together in sauce pan or microwave (if microwave watch carefully) shopping list
- Cool slightly. shopping list
- Add 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan & sprinkle with additional chocolate chips & bake @ 325 for 25-30 minutes
- If using glass dish bake @ 300
- Difficult t test. Very fudgie.
- DO NOT OVERBAKE.

Very good - gone in 24 hours. I made these with my autistic son and he had a great time. He wants to bring the recipe to the Tech House when he graduates next year.
