Hearty Corn Chowder

- 4 med. potatoes, peeled & cubed shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- water to cover shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cans creamed corn shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp. butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine potatoes, salt, and onions with just enough water to cover.
- Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to simmer; add creamed corn, evaporated milk and butter.
- Heat through (until butter melts). (The longer it simmers the better it tastes).
