How to make it

  • Cream: butter, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
  • Add flour, and mix till well blended
  • Add chocolate chips/chunks
  • Drop onto cookie pan and bake for 8-10 mins at 350F
  • (For a Bulgarian oven, bake on the 3rd setting)
  • Cool for one minute, and remove from the pan

    Yes, they crisp and thin, and they look "whiter" than regular cookies, but are still very good!
