A guy I knew named Schmolke invented this, and named it after himself. The surprise part comes from the fact that it's different every time--SURPRISE!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 1 potato, cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • half of an onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • bit of garlic
  • red pepper flakes
  • sausage or other breakfast meat (optional)

Directions
  1. Cook ramen with out the seasoning and set aside
  2. On the stove top, cook the onion, peppers, garlic and potatoes till the potatoes are done. Add red pepper flakes
  3. Add the ramen to this and sprinkle the seasoning packet over the noodles/potatoes and mix well
  4. Crack the egg over this and stir till the egg is cooked.
  5. If you have meat cook it before hand and add it at the same time you add the ramen.
  6. This recipe works well with whatever you have: aritchokes, capers, cheese, squash
