Chicken Teriyaki

- 1 chicken drumstick or Breast, deboned shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- - 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- - 1 tablespoon mirin shopping list
- - 1 tablespoon wine shopping list
- - 2 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least ½ hour.
- Dust chicken with corn flour and sauté in pan till lightly burnt. Pour away excess oil.
- Pour the remaining marinade for the chicken in the pan.
- Cook till the sauce thickens.
- Remove and serve hot.

i always wonder how they cook teriyaky, is it grill is it stir fried, this explained alot, next time i make teriyaki i'll try this way

Mirin is a sweet cooking wine. For the other wine,
I used chinese cooking wine. You can use white wine too if you like.wokkingmum in Singapore loved it
