Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dice all the vegetables and paneer to cubes.
  • Marinate in the paste for about 2 hours.
  • Take 4-5 skewers and put all the cubes one by one in an order.
  • Apply oil all over and bake at 400 deg in the topmost rack for 15-20 minutes(it can also be grilled).
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

    A lovely recipe Sudha. I'll have to make up a batch of paneer to do this but that was on the program anyway. Some folks may get confused by your calling it cottage cheese as in most of the world that is very different stuff. Paneer is one of the few non-melting cheeses I know of and you need a non-melting cheese for this dish. RJ
