Gingerbread Pancakes Recipe

How to make it

  • preheat griddle to 375 degrees
  • mix dry together
  • mix wet together, except egg whites
  • add wet to dry, gently folding together
  • whip egg whites until stiff, fold into rest in two batches
  • cook on greased griddle until golden brown
  • serve with freshly whipped cream, powdered sugar and Maple Syrup
