- 2 tbsp black peppercorns shopping list
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds shopping list
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 1 tbsp whole all spice shopping list
- 2 inches stick of cinnamon, crushed shopping list
- half a whole nutmeg, cut in pieces shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp whole cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp cardamom pods shopping list
- 1 tbsp dried rose petals shopping list
- 1 tbsp powdered ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder or cayenne pepper powder shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients (except ginger and chili) on a coffee grinder.
- Grind until you get a fine powder.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add the ginger and chili and mix.
- Transfer to an airtight container/jar and it is ready to use.
