How to make it

  • In a soup pan, melt butter and saute onions, add seasonings; add flour and stir well with a whisk, beating in the liquids. Simmer about 15 minutes, then add oysters, artichokes and parsley and simmer gently/slowly about 10 mins. Add milk or cream , heat and serve.
