My Pineapple Upside Down Cake

- Melt and Place in 9x13 pan shopping list

- 3 eggs, separated ( beat whites in separate bowl till stiff) shopping list

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 5 tablespoon pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- Pinch salt shopping list
- Mix and beat yolks add sugar, juice. Sift dry ingredients into this. Fold the beaten whites into the cake mix. Pour over the fruit and sugar mix. shopping list
- Bake 375 for 30 minutes shopping list
