How to make it

  • Bring large pot of water to a boil.
  • Wash and finely chop parsley. Set aside in a small bowl.
  • Wash and slice tomatoes length-wise. Set aside in a small bowl.
  • Set parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  • Cook pasta in lightly boiling water as directed, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse pasta.
  • Do not premix pasta.
  • Dish pasta into bowls.
  • Serve on table with parsley, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Allow diners to sprinkle toppings in quantities desires.
  • Store leftovers in separate containers.
