Angela's Vegetarian Pasta

- 1 pound tri-colored rotini pasta shopping list
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 pound ripe grape tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 pound shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Bring large pot of water to a boil.
- Wash and finely chop parsley. Set aside in a small bowl.
- Wash and slice tomatoes length-wise. Set aside in a small bowl.
- Set parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Cook pasta in lightly boiling water as directed, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse pasta.
- Do not premix pasta.
- Dish pasta into bowls.
- Serve on table with parsley, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Allow diners to sprinkle toppings in quantities desires.
- Store leftovers in separate containers.
