Peanut Butter & Jelly French Fries

Ingredients
- Twice fried French fries- around 12 to 16oz shopping list
- 1 cup grape jelly (or any flavor you like) shopping list
- Peanut Sauce: shopping list
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 TB shallot, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup coconut milk shopping list
- 2 TB lime juice or ½ tsp tamarind paste shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients for the Peanut sauce in a blender. Blend till smooth.
- Drizzle peanut sauce on the fries and top with grape jelly. You’re good to go :)
