Five Sister's Meatballs

- 2 tablespoons good olive oil shopping list
- 1 pound chop meat shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley shopping list
- 8 ounces water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix chop meat, salt, pepper, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, and parsley with hands.
- Add water a little bit at a time. The water makes the meatballs tender. Roll into balls the size of golf balls.
- Brown in saucepan with olive oil.
- Transfer meatballs to Five Sister's Italian Gravy with Sausage and cook for 30 minutes.
