How to make it

  • Mix chop meat, salt, pepper, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, and parsley with hands.
  • Add water a little bit at a time. The water makes the meatballs tender. Roll into balls the size of golf balls.
  • Brown in saucepan with olive oil.
  • Transfer meatballs to Five Sister's Italian Gravy with Sausage and cook for 30 minutes.
