How to make it

  • Peel and wash potatoes, cut into cubes and boil until tender, drain.
  • Boil the peas.
  • Place in a bowl with a mixer and process until smooth, add the oil, parsley and garlic, stir and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

    so you end up with pea flavoured mashed potatoes ? i will try this also .. ... i like peas so this should taste good !!
