Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Warm Water
  • 1 Pgk. Yeast
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Cube Butter, Melted
  • 3/4 Cup Warm Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Warm Eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 5 Cups Flour
  • Additional Butter

Directions
  1. Mix water, yeast and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Add yeast & water mixture.
  5. Stir in 5 cups of flour and knead well.
  6. Let sit in a warm spot one 45 min.- 1 hr (until doubled).
  7. Punch dough down and divide in half.
  8. Roll each half into a 14-16" circle (about 1/4" thick).
  9. Brush with soft butter and cut into 16 wedges (32 total).
  10. Roll up from wide end and place on a cooking pan.
  11. Cover and let rest in a warm spot for about 30-45 min.
  12. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
  13. Remove from oven and brush with butter.
