Stir Fry Hoisin Beef

For the stir-fry sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups (about 200 grams) beef (tenderloin or sirloin would do) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon canola oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup leeks, sliced diagonally shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned lychees, drained (optional) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 2. Season your beef with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- 3. Sautee the leeks, followed by the beef. Cook in medium to high heat for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Put in the sauce and continue cooking until beef has even color and the sauce is already flowy.
