How to make it

  • 1. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • 2. Season your beef with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • 3. Sautee the leeks, followed by the beef. Cook in medium to high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • 4. Put in the sauce and continue cooking until beef has even color and the sauce is already flowy.
