How to make it

  • Beat together the cream cheese , the flour , nutmeg, and sugar. When totally creamed together, beat in the nog and rum and/or vanilla.
  • Follow with the eggs, one at a time. Turn out into prepped crust, and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 mins. Chill thoroughly before serving.
  • btw: The 1st time I made this with a single graham crust onhand, and LotS of batter left, I put the excess in a small deep dish and sprinkled on the crumbled shredded wheat, maybe 2 Tablespoons. It turned out especially delish! baked around 15 minutes at 325.
