Tom Rang Muoi- Salt & Pepper Shrimp

- 12 large shrimps (with or without the head) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of corn Starch shopping list
- peanut/ vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced shopping list
- 1-2 jalapenos, sliced thin shopping list
- 1 spring onion, cut in 1” lengths shopping list
- sugar to taste shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 tbsp ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok to high. Coat the shrimp with the corn starch lightly. When the oil is hot, add the shrimp and cook until golden brown. Set aside.
- Drain most of the oil, leaving just a little and heat on high. Add the garlic. Stir fry for a minute then add the onions. Add the jalapenos and spring onions to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Add the shrimp back to the pan with the seasoning.
- Stir everything together. Check for seasoning, add any if required.
- Serve hot!
