Easy Cheesy Bread Stix

- 1 1/2 cup grated extra sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup of butter, cut in pieces and softened shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients except milk in food processor. Pulse until mixture looks like fine crumbs
- Add milk and process until ball of dough forms
- Roll out on floured board to an 8 x 12 rectangle, 1/8 inch thick
- Cut in strips 1/4 - 1/2 inch wide. See Photo
- Place 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes or until ends are golden brown.
- Allow to stand on baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transfering to a wire rack to cool.
I use a pasta bike to cut the cheese stixs

Just a bit too hot for me. Next time I'd cut down on cayenne. But a lot of my friends who tried them thought they were perfect.
Best thing is, they're just sooooo eaasy.hungryjohn in Griffin loved it
