How to make it

  • Place all ingredients except milk in food processor. Pulse until mixture looks like fine crumbs
  • Add milk and process until ball of dough forms
  • Roll out on floured board to an 8 x 12 rectangle, 1/8 inch thick
  • Cut in strips 1/4 - 1/2 inch wide. See Photo
  • Place 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes or until ends are golden brown.
  • Allow to stand on baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transfering to a wire rack to cool.

    Just a bit too hot for me. Next time I'd cut down on cayenne. But a lot of my friends who tried them thought they were perfect.
    Best thing is, they're just sooooo eaasy.
