Spinach With Lime & Honey Dressing

Was given this recipe by a friend. She did not have the amount for the ingredients, so I experimented and came up with the following recipe which is very close to what I had at her house. Ingredients
- Dressing shopping list
- - juice of 1 lime shopping list
- - 2 tsp honey shopping list
- - ¼ tsp olive oil shopping list
- - ¼ tsp mustard shopping list
- - salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- - 1 pkt (5 oz/141gm) baby spinach or mix baby greens shopping list
- - ¼ cup blueberries shopping list
- - ½ avocado, sliced shopping list
- - 4 pieces (½" squares) feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- - 2 Tbsp almond slivers, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a bottle and refrigerate.
- Drizzle dressing over baby spinach and rest of ingredients before serving. Toss until well mixed.
- Refrigerate leftover dressing.
