I found this recipe in a magazine last year. I wanted something fast, creamy and fallish. This was it. I don't make the low cal version. I use regular everything. You will be surprise how homey and tasty this is. SUPER EASY

Ingredients
  • • 1 pkg (5.1 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • • 1 can (12 oz) fat-free evaporated milk ( I have used regular or regular milk)
  • • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin pie filling
  • • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions
  1. Beat together pudding and milk. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Mix in pumpkin and spice. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  2. Makes 8 Servings
  3. Per Serving: 123 cal, 0 g fat, 0 g sat. fat, 2 g fiber
