Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes

- 5-6 medium-large red or yukon gold potatoes, cubed shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups water (enough to cover potatoes by about 2 inches) shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp Alouette garlic & herb Spreadable cheese shopping list
- splash of milk shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place potatoes and water in a medium stock pot. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain off water. Mash potatoes with a masher or ricer. Add a splash of milk, butter, and cheese. Season to taste.
