Sardinian-style Crab

- 1 large sweet green pepper shopping list
- 5 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- generous pinch hot pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped sweet onion shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 3 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 pkg (1 lb) imitation crab meat shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Roast green pepper on broiler under high heat until skin blackens, about 10 min. Coll.
- Peel the pepper, seed it and cut it in strips.
- Heat oil over med-high heat and saute pepper flakes and garlic until fragrant, about 1 min.
- Add tomatoes and onion and increase heat to high. Cook until onion is just tender, about 2 min.
- Stir in paprika, lemon juice, crab and cilantro and heat through.
