Margarita Cake

- FOR cake shopping list
- 1 stick butter (softened) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 white cake mix shopping list
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding (the smaller one) shopping list
- 1 can (10 oz) frozen margarita concentrate (completely thawed) shopping list
- 2 tsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lime zest shopping list
- glaze shopping list
- 1 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 Tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lime zest shopping list
- 1 - 1 1/2 C powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees & prepare Bundt style cake pan.
- Mix butter, eggs, margarita concentrate (completely thaw first or butter will lump), lime juice & zest together.
- Add cake mix & pudding mix until well blended.
- Pour batter in pan & bake 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool 10-15 minutes & remove from pan.
- While cake is cooling, in saucepan melt butter for glaze.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Drizzle Glaze over Cake while it's still warm.
- Garnish with coarse sugar, if desired.
