How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350 Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. (I refrigerated the dough, and worked with 1/4 of the dough at a time. ) Was using a pig I cut out of a coolwhip lid, and it was too frustrating and laborious and I ended up making walnut sized balls, and smooshing them into a" lima bean "shape. Keeping the 1/4 inch thickness. Paint tops of cochinitos before baking. with eggwash . Bake 15 - 17 minutes
