Lemon Pepper Salmon

- salmon, 4 of each. I use frozen 3 ounce size that I do not thaw first. One cup sweet onion, cut in slivers. Three teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning. One fourth cup olive oil. Adjust the lemon pepper seasoning to your taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Place the salmon on the baking dish, sprinkle olive oil over and about the salmon and the dish. Spread the lemon pepper seasoning all over the salmon. Spread the onion around and on top of the salmon. Spread more lemon pepper seasoning on the salmon and the onion. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn the stove up to 450 degrees for 20 minutes until all is baked to a light crisp.
