Strawberry Cheesecake Supreme

Such a good cheesecake, you have to give it a try!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 cartons (8 ounces each) spreadable strawberry cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- 1/2 cups sliced strawberries shopping list
- Optional fresh cream, fresh strawberries, chocolate if desired shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, sugar, butter and press onto the bottom and 1 in up the sides of a greased 9 in springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, cool.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping, gently spread a third of the filling over the crust & arrange sliced strawberries on top then spoon remaining filling over berries, smooth top, put in fridge overnight.
- Just before serving, garnish with additional strawberries and fresh cream and chocolate drizzled over the strawberries.
