Honey Nutella & Chocolate Mug Cake

Love this delicious mug cake...the Coca Cola adds to its yummy gooey texture, if you don't have a huge coffee mug split this mix into two coffee mugs...
Ingredients
- 1.5oz semisweet chocolate chips+1 tbsp butter melted together shopping list
- 2 heaping tbsp honey shopping list
- 2 tbsp buttermilk shopping list
- 2 tbsp Coca cola shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 4 tbsp sifted self raising flour shopping list
- 3 tbsps nutella shopping list
- whipped cream to serve with shopping list
- Sprinkling of cocoa powder shopping list
How to make it
- Stir in all wet ingredients in a huge coffee mug till well blended.
- Add flour and stir until just combined and there are no lumps.
- Microwave on medium power for around 3 minutes (totally depends on your microwave). The cake should rise a bit but should remain moist on top.
- Top it off with whipped cream, dust with cocoa and enjoy
