How to make it

  • take the sliced cucumbers and use melon baller to scoop out some of the cucumber flesh, make sure to leave enough to hold the filling in.
  • mix the salmon and the cream cheese in food processor until it is well blended and add a little salt and pepper to taste.
  • if you are going to serve immediately then pipe or spoon some of the salmon mixture into each of the cucumber cups and top with some fresh dill and serve if not store the salmon mix in the fridge I also cut my cucumbers when i was ready to fill
